This valve is mainly applicable to opening/closing ventilation balance of ash from dry ash system of thermal power plant. It is also applicable to opening/closing ventilation balance of abrasive and corrosive dust medium of mine, lime factory and cement factory. This valve features good sealing performane, high temperature resistance, strong wearability, flexiable opening/closing, being free from ash deposition, and long service life.

1.      HCE antiwear ceramic rotary balance valve is made from cast steel, cast iron and antiwear ceramic.

2.      Service temperature is equal to or lower than 250℃.

3.      Nominal pressure of actuator ranges from 0.4 to 0.6 Mpa; nominal pressure of the valve is 1 Mpa.

4.      The valve can also be tailor-made.
