This valve is mainly applicable to adjusting flow rate of dry ash, and opening/closing feed-in of dry ash of thermal power plant. It is also applicable to opening/closing feed-in of abrasive and corrosive dust of mine, lime factory and cement factory. This valve features good sealing performane. high temperature resistance, strong wearability, flexiable opening/closing, less ash deposition and long service life.

1.      HCE manual thin gate valve is made of cast steel, 304 stainless steel, and carbon sealring.

2.      Service temperature is equal to or lower than 400℃.

3.      Nominal pressure of actuator ranges from 0.4 to 0.6 Mpa; nominal pressure of the valve is 1 Mpa.

4.      The valve can also be tailor-made.
