This valve is mainly used to open/close feed-in of ash from dry ash system of thermal power plant. It is also applicable to opening/closing feed-in of abrasive and corrosive dust of mine, lime factory and cement factory. This valve features good sealing performane, high temperature resistance, strong wearability, flexiable opening/closing, being free from ash deposition, and long service life.

1.      HCE antiwear ceramic inlet valve is made from cast steel, cast iron and antiwear ceramic.

2.      Fluorine rubber and carbon fiber are used as stuffing.

3.      Service temperature is equal to or lower than 250℃.

4.      Nominal pressure of actuator ranges from 0.4 to 0.6 Mpa; nominal pressure of the valve is 1 Mpa.

5.      The size is DN50-DN200, and can be tailor-made.
