Charging dome valve is a swich for conveying materials, and plays a role in opening and partitioning pipeline space. It is applicable to of sealed conveyor system of loose, dry, cohesive and flowing solid materials, especially to ash treatment system of thermal power plant. Dome valve is shut off through a spherical valve and a charging rubber sealring. Dome valve is opened/closed under no-pressure circumstance, thus non-contact displacement is achieved. Different materials are used to produce dome valve core and the surface of dome valve core are hardened differently when it is used in different contexts. Smooth and hard surface of the valve core can ensure close contact with rubber seal ring and reliable sealing. Rubber seal ring is made of special rubber, and features high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strong wearability, and age resistance, and long service life. When the valve is opened, inlet won’ t be blocked.
